This LED has no real fonction. It just flashes during a few minutes when you connect your phone to the charger, the battery must be very discharged |

Whats reception like on this phone? I have a t650i and the steel on that reduces reception considerably.

The reception is lower than on the K850i but still good. |

here is the red led, sorry for the bad quality of the picture. The led just stayed 2 minutes before turning off.

Yes it's quite the same. Personnally, I find the sound better on the W890i but it depends on the headphones you use.

I have a W890i now. Much prefer it over the T650i.
Reception seems the same as my T650i actually. The phone feels much faster to use though and the slightly bigger screen feels quite a lot bigger!
Great phone, i only miss the led torch!
I was also able to update the firmware OTA on 3UK.
For anyone interested, you can get it on 3UK pay+go for £229
The branding is not that bad, only the icons on the standard themes but you can live with it. the rest is quite usefull.
Has anyone used the locations thing? doesnt work with a bluetooth GPS!

I tried with a HGE-100 and it worked perfectly. I will try a BT GPS next week end. I hope it works.
Anyway, Google maps works without GPS with the network positioning system. |

Is it possible to change the SMS tone to any MP3 file that I load up? |

On W910i, it lights up while the phone is starting up for a few seconds. Also, go to the camera, switch it into video and start recording. Then turn the phone over and have a look at the LED. Let us know what it's doing.

@Raja:
Is it possible to change the SMS tone to any MP3 file that I load up? Yes it is. In "settings" switch to "sounds & alerts", select "Message alert" and there scroll to the bottom entry. Now use the left soft key "Replace" to browse in your MP3 for the sound of your choice . |

Or alternatively go to the sound you want, click "Options", then "Use as", then "Message Alert". Done!
