help! W800 become dead fone! |

o i juz got a customer with a dead s500 today... it wont turn on at all but when the charger is plug in it flash a red light on the side a few times... tried a few battery still same thing, u think the service cable can fix it?? i think is EROM corrupted like my fone...
thy brought it to those store n try to fix it... thy try to reflash it but it didnt work...
i told her dat our store only have 5 days warranty but she came bak like after a month, n our store will not going to refund or give her a new fone to use, she get so piss n start yellin in da store...hahaha

No i was in my store so i dont have da equipment 2 flash it. Also my service cable didnt come yet.

woo hoo!! my cable juz came... strizlow800 can u upload all da stuff i need?? i already have setools
it only comes with a cable, but no software at all...
i plug it in n ask me to search for da drivers n i already get it from TMS but setools still cant read my fone
do i need a multiserver cable or cruiser cable?? cuz i bought a multiserver... wat is the difference??

i never noe updating on SEUS will kill my fone dats y i didnt backup my GDFS... juz want to know does dis really mean my fone is dead??
when i use setool2 i can select com13 and this is the result i get when i do unlock/repair
