I can't stand cigerettes.. but I won't go into that here.
But the odd cigar isn't bad now and again. (sure that probably makes me hypocritical, so be it )

I tried one once, it made me sick, so im not gonna go there again...
Heres a story for ya, i was skating at this new skatepark, and this little boy comes up to me (about 7-8?) he said, where are you from? so i answered, and he pulled a cigarette out!!! at that age? phew.... strange lad...

its terrible how many kids smoke, at least 100 from my school smoke, AT LEAST, maybe 2-300

Glenny, so how'd you handle the situation with the little kid? @Batesie, kids usually take 1 look at me, then tend to wait for somebody else to come along. I be biiiig and scary-looking

Did you know that one of the oldest men, (lived to 120y/o) was a chain smoker? as in : one after the other....

A doctor buddy told me something that made me smile. He reckons chain smokers' lungs are so coated in tar that it's impossible for them to have lung infection. His reasoning: "Have you ever heard of germs surviving on a tarred road?" I had to laugh when he told me that!

Embassy is one of the most expensive over here, but as many people know tobbacco tax in the UK is very high. £4.50 for 20.
they admit tobacco tax pays for all smoking related health service costs and theres still loads left over.

....which means if everyone gave up tomorrow the government would have a huge shortfall in it's income, you could argue they had a vested interest in keeping some people smoking?
