Could you post the original wallpaper? Or the site where you find it?:3
I would love a wallpaper beautiful as that with Lulu or Auron |

I know this is a minor thing, but I'd hope that either sony and/or microsoft get their butts in gear and fix the nfc on my laptop, so I can pair it with my phone or transfer files easier or something, because now it does nothing for me. |

Hey @Akuma here it is
This is the site where I think I got it from haha..http://wall.alphacoders.com/by_resolution.php?w=2560&h=2048&page=1 when choosing wallpapers 2560x2048 is the best fittin size for the Z1
U can still choose 2560x1600 but u'll be forced to cut a part of the image but it still looking good |

The new update feels like a rushed job. Not too happy.. Those who haven't updated yet, should rather wait for the 4.4 update imo. The infamous screen refresh is back, there is considerable lag when quick scrolling and when opening an app, sometimes it will show half of it then loads the rest half. Although not a deal breaker but the last update of 4.2 was really good.

@djin
Perform a factory reset. 4.3 doesn't have such issues.

Xperia Z1 vs Lumia 1520 camera shootout.
Verdict:
After shooting several groups in the photo, if I chose to be shot with a mobile phone Lumia 1520 with Xperia Z1 two machines, I would not hesitate to choose Xperia Z1.
In conclusion, Xperia Z1 in each case taken imaging, appeared an obvious weakness - noise, particulates are more Lumia 1520 was more easily seen in the enlarged photo flaws; but Fortunately, 2000 megapixel photos to make photo pixel density increased, effectively make these flaws become inconspicuous under normal size.
By contrast, although there is no particle problem, but Nokia Lumia photographic functions, whether in hardware specifications, white balance, metering, lossless zoom effects that have all failed to go beyond Xperia Z1, at most, at night you can shoot a pull ring back to a city. In addition, the way the test shoot, I found Lumia 1520 and the start-up speed camera focusing speed, slower than the Xperia Z1 part of it, is another important factor in order to be par for Lumia 1520.

Now I bought one these magnetic charging cables from mobilefun
http://www.mobilefun.co.uk/ma[....]1-and-z-ultra-black-p41526.htm
and finally got to try it out last night, I put my phone on charge at about 11pm with about 52% charge left, when I woke up this morning at 7.30 it was at 67% and not charging properly not happy about this, l was really excited about getting a magnetic charging cable, looks like it's going back now which is a real shame because this one does have a strong magnet on it

it would appear I was right about the noise reduction in shots taken after 4.3 update - reported by Xperia Guide
So conclusion is that 4.3 had some image imrpovements
also another update is on the way with some minor bug fixes

Well in fact in many places Nokia is less sharp,
and what's worse it has unreal plastic colours sometimes. It definitely isn't ultimately better.
BTW GSMArena should remake this Z1 samples with the firmware removing this right side blur.

@Del - have you tried using a different adapter to plug into the wall outlet? Or using a different wall outlet? I paid only a bit more for my Sony magnetic dock from a HK seller on amazon. Maybe look into that?
@djin - that's not good! i'd definitely try a reset like random suggested. Hopefully it's not really part of the update. Anybody else having these issues?
i still have yet to get my update.

@moogoo I tried it again last night, I put my phone on charge with 69% left at 11pm using the sony adapter that came with my Z1, I got up at 6.30 and when I looked at my phone it had charged to 98% then it decided to restart all by itself so I'm definitely sending it back as it's not fit for purpose.
I will look into getting a dock in the new year though

Hi guys. I know this is off to topic but I need some advice. All my songs that I purchased from the playstore have somehow disappeared from my device, and have no idea as to why this has happened. I am wondering if it had to do with a previous update with play music? When I go to the playstore to search for songs that I have purchased, it only gives me option of listening to those tracks, and not showing as if I need to purchase them again, but have no option to able to download them again.
Has anyone else had this issue, and if so advise as to what I need to do? I really hope I don't have to buy them all again as I had something like over 60 songs that I bought.
I thought I'd ask you guys, as this is a marvellous forum with some very knowledgeable people.
Cheers now
Merry Christmas to you all

Can you check the Output Current coming from the charger you're using? Mine here is 1500 mAh, meaning it will charge my Z1 for 2+ hours. Using the magnetic cable should not show any sign of charging defect with the same amount of charging time using the microUSB. |
