Can anyone answer my question about call quality/volume? It may seem trivial to some, but it is a phone after all!!  My P1i just isn't loud enough..
It's looking a lot better than the earlier prototypes, whether or not the latest ones people have are the final retail ones or not. Want one! |

No diffrence from the P1i. If your using your phone for music you will be dissapointed. |

No diffrence from the P1i. If your using your phone for music you will be dissapointed.
The fact the X1 comes with a dedicated jack slot should already improve the sound quality. |

You mean that the music sound quality is better from a sonyericcson P990i than the X1? Well i already hacked my sounds with my p990i

I really want to know the following questions:
1) Does it have a light indicator for missed callls like the P series phone?
2) Does it come with a memory card you need to spend more after paying a fortune for the phone?
3) The will be available both in Black and Silver or only the Black ones would be out now?
4) Is it atleast as stable as P1i or will have to go through the entire P990i disaster waiting for a new FM for the phone to be stable?

Oh sorry about that so it means its even worst? Because i find the sound of the P1i not that good so the X1 is not even better?

Hi, I will try to answer your questions..
1) Yes, 4 infact...
2) 4 GB Micro SD
3) I don't know, but we only got black in our store...
4) It's stable so far. But it's to diffrent phones and diffrent systems. Speak with the people who have tried WM6.. |

So, the memory card was in the box, not just added separatly when you bought the phone? i am asking because there is a german retailer who stressed the 4 gb as if they add it on top of the phone (well maybe they do, which makes it 8gb). 4gb is nice, quite enough for early start. |

Both colors are available. I'll have my X1 Silver in hand on Friday according to the email I received a couple of hours ago. |

Forgive me if anyone has posted more information recently regarding release dates, etc. I think by reading some of the posts, it seems that Swedish stores are releasing the handset into stores on Friday 10th.
Does anyone know about the UK? It is so frustrating that there are spaces for the X1 in some stores, but no one seems to know when it's going to be released (in terms of retailers). Carphone Warehouse don't have a release date, and it's gone from end of September, to first week of October, and still they have no idea. Vodafone I was told 6th October, that has obviously slipped back as well (not that I'd buy it on Vodafone). Even places on Sim free, like O2 has slipped back to 13th October from 10th October - not a massive change I know, but annoying nonetheless  ( |
