In the beginning I had Nokia phones because their qualitiy, menu and general usability. After a while Nokia started to slow down and provide more and more expensive phones with worse features. So the price/value ratio started to decrease fast. So I've changed to SonyEricsson T610 than K700i.
These new phones started to make me thinking.. I would like to go for a 3G phone but SonyEricsson don't have any good solution! The V800/Z800 are big with low resolution display. The initial price of Nokia 6280 will be close to the price of K750i however its features looks more interesting. The 2.2" display with 240x320 pixels are far better compared to the 1.8" with 176x220 pixels used in the K750i. The Nokia camera lacks the autofocus feature but the quality of pictures looks great anyway. (The Nokia 6280 uses the same camera as introduced in Nokia N70.)

Here's the picture to compare the sizes..

i can't understand you guys!

"advantages" of N6270 comparing to SE K750:

- heavy like a brick
- far larger in all 3d
- crapy internal memory
- 1.9Mp camera, NO autofocus
- no RDS radio
- no video editor
- no image editor
- no QuickShare
- huge power consumption => 1.5 days usage (at most)

great phone indeed...

And the Nokia 6280 can handle Word, Excel PowerPoint and Adobe PDF documents even in email client! ..and it has the very same size as SonyEricsson K750i!
So it has advanteges and disatvantages compared to the K750i!

- 26 grams heavier than the K750i. It's heavier and you can feel it when you hold it, but it's hardly "heavy like a brick"
- 4mm taller, 4mm wider, 2,5mm thicker
- internal memory only 9MB against K750i's 38MB, but in the sales package you get a 128MB memory card (64MB in the K750i)
- the camera resolution is almost the same as in the K750i, even if a bit smaller (1600 x 1200 vs. 1632 x 1224)
- no RDS radio but Visual Radio (which is far more advanced than RDS) and a regular FM radio and stereo speakers
- no image or video editors but I haven't missed them on my K700i either.. at least it's got unlimited video recording (memory dependant)
- no Quick Share? Cry me a river. I shoot a lot of photos and videos with my K700i and the best thing that Quick Share did to me was when the stupid sticker came off a couple of days after buying the phone (brand new)
- I agree on the power consumption, it's about time Nokia ditches the ancient BL-5C battery..

I think it has more advantages than disadvantages when compared to the K750i. Or rather they are more significant. EDGE, better screen, etc

Maybe SE just licensed it from Nokia to be used in their smartphones, such as P900 and P910. The "brick form" i mean.
