From what I know, the Blu-Ray movies are region-locked but the games aren't unless the manufacturer's decide to do so - and I don't think many have

Movies are region coded, games are not.
However you should remember that if you buy a US game for example when you play online it will go to the US servers and not the Euro ones

Hello everyone..have finally been able to catch some time up for myself.
Have been busy shooting for my first documentary for the past 2 months..but fortunately have got some free days before i'm off to work again.

As a comeback i've got some good news for you European ps3 fans..Sony has dropped the price of the 60 GB PS3 to £349 and introduced a new entry level 40 GB model for £299. More details can be found here..

playstation 3 is wicked best console so far in my opinion graphics are phenominal on a hd tele i have mine wired up to 32 inch hd tv been playin tiger woods golf lately and the graphics and gameplay are much better than any console i have played b4 |

need some help guys, gettin a ps3 2nyt and I get 2 games with it- resistance and either motorstorm or F1 championship edition. Which is a better one to get? Which one do u enjoy playing more etc.
