There are some guides in the Forum on how to remove/open W900 housing, its nt easy for the dust to get into the screen, but it does get in between the screen and the framing,bt u can remove that with a simple toothpick or sumthng very thin and strong. its definetly worth buying a W900 ova a W850, you get a great allrounder when buying the W900. the W900 in my own opinion has an average battery life, its not too bad, i listen to music, watch music videos, and surf the net with it quite alot so i charge mine every nite,to save more battery i turn off 3G, and turn it back on only when i plan to download sumthng more than 2mb

@rave - I rarely OPEN the front-case of my fone . . . just to CLEAN off the DUST . . . I always have it kept in a leather case that's why it's always DUST free . . . if ever, have those peeps in Service Center have it cleaned for you . . . ![](/board/images/smiles/icon_smile.gif) |

Hi raverockz,
I use W900i White before, for 7 Months. This phone is cool, it can say to be the Best Walkman phone. The camera is great among all the walkman phone (good night mood, light flash, 2.0 Mega Pixer). this phone offer a very good bass for music, a huge internal memory + expandable, large LCD screen.
the Cons for this phone is it's weight, size, and battery life. it only last about 1.5-2 days, 1 day will use about 70% of battery life for MP3, photo, and calling. I did try to off the 3G, and use the GSM network, it will last for 4 days. seem like 3G network is drain battery a lot.
New W900i is about S$1000, you can get 2nd Hand one for around $550.
I don't think still can find new set in Singapore, but I manage to find in Malaysia (KL).
I highly recommend W810i to suit your budget. W810i offer a very good deals to user. A Good camera (K800i >W900i>W810i>W800i/K750i...), no more joystick problems, cool design, brighter LCD screen, Megabass (as usual for Sony walkman).
I sell away my W900i & W850i, as they gave me a lot of hardware faulty problems. i use Nokia N73 music edition for my 3rd day..... the music quality is super sux compare any one of the Sony Walkman phone.....
