It looks like T-Mobile will get IT after all. No unlocked variant to be sold in the US if any carriers gets the phone.

sony better launch Z somehow in the US and market it big to build more of a name for itself. they simply don't have enough presence in the US.
too bad so sad for those in the US getting one off a carrier though. illegal to unlock now if you do it without permission. sigh.

This is very accurate info. T-Mobile is getting the Z. The ZL will be sold directly by Sony no carriers involved (very shortly ).
There will be a Z that supports AT&T LTE bands that will be sold directly by Sony. No date on this as of yet. |

are you sure about the AT&T LTE version? I was going to settle with the C6602 of the Z because the C6603 dont have ATT LTE Bands. now its gonna be even longer wait.. |
