To be precise, it has 88.5 meg of memory, which is quite impressive, although now memory,
In answer to some of the questions, will answer them all later:
Yes you can turn off the shutter sound, either via silent, or in an option in the camera menu.
Battery is great, I've been using my phone heavily, as a torch, bluetoothing, loads of calls, etc etc, and hasn't depreciated enough to move the gauge yet!
Yes, you can use the bluetooth as audio, or for files, (bluejacking)

I have a few questions for you.
- Has the alarm a snooze function?
- Can you an alarm at an appointment in the calender?
- is their a limit to the appointments per day?
- Can you turn of the sound when taking a picture?
- when you receive a call, do the lights blink, and if so, can you turn it of?
- is their a limit on the mp3 files, for example, if you have an mp3 of 25MB, can you put it on the phone?
- is BT limited to voice, or can you send and receive data from other BT devices?
- is their handsfree?
- hows the batterie?
- can you sync with outlook?
- when the T9 doesnt know a word, do you have to switch to multitap, add the word, and go back to T9, or is it like nokia, you get the option to spell the word en continue in T9?
- can you set the ringtone to vibrate AND ring?
- does the fone feel solid when you open it, or is it like you have to be afraid you will break it?
sorry for all my questions, but i want to be SURE before i buy something. I never used samsung, so i dont know the negative aspects, as well as the positives.
tnx a lot in advance!!

I think that active flip means: When you open flip you answer a call But if I am not right, please correct me

Oh, right, if that is what it is, then it definitely has that!
I'll just let you know, that this phone is going on eBay for around £250, and the D500 around £200.
Also, the RRP for a sim-free one is £289.99, whereas, the D500 is only a bit over £200, this could mean something?
I have personally played with both, and I have to say, I prefer the E720 by a lllllllllllllloooooooooonnnnnnnnnnnggggggggggg way, it has better firmware, and the screen is seriously better quality, and from what I've seen, the cam is just the same, and also it has two photo lights, and the VIDEO, is the BEST I've EVER SEEN. by a lllooonnngg way!
I still cannot get over the video capabilities. Sorry, I will answer your questions later, I'm quite busy today!

Got my e720 yesterday, and i love it,alot better than the D500. Better screen, seems alot faster and stable(my d500 reset it self on numerous occasions) great camera quality(especially videos!)
not quite as much memory as the d500 but still a hefty 90mb.
Love the design and the general feel of the phone.
and one cool thing which i havent seen in any other phone- you can set videos as wallpapers! very cool!
the only thing i can think of that i dont really like about this phone is the way texts and mms's go into the same inbox.but no major issues with this phone. |
