The washing machine dryer will basically cook the phones components since its a rather higher temperature apart from that, condensation will build up since the dryer uses that principle to dry clothing.
And would you really want your phone to get based around in the washing machine again :-S

Yup, it will automatically run it's VIBRA feature so it can swim in either stroke: Breast, Butterfly or Freestyle !

A scuba body glove will also do the trick as long as you have the optional oxygen tanks fitted !
