a friend of mine upgraded his firmware to R2L and it increased his battery life by more than 5 times. that should be the simple solution to the problem...

5 times is way too much for an improvement. It also isn't real, 5 hours perhaps.

Regarding the spare battery option: I think the constant opening and closing of the battery cover will cause it to become worn out and loose. It will cause the cover to creak terribly IMO.
resistance is futile.

how long does the nokia battery take to get fully charged?

how long does the nokia battery last on the k700i compared to the original battery?

is it safe to use nokia battery on the k700i?

what are the long term effect?

pls answer cos i'm getting frustrated with the k7 battery life issue and might just get a nokia battery for it if it lasts longer.

I also baught one desktop charger for K700 from the same seller. Is working fine and no problem at all, I got 3 batteries, 1 700mh(orginal), 1 670mh(original) and the other one came together with the desktop charger stated 670mh.

I like the desktop charger because it will turn to green light when the battery is full. Somehow I think the charger can detect whether the battery is full. My 700mh battery took about 4 hours, 670mh 3.5 hours and the other one 2.5 hours.
