Hi, i have the same problem with my t68i battery too :-( This reallysucks! I went to a SP and they couldnt fix it. I also tried a t68m battery and it fits solid as a rock. This sure sounds like a batch or even revision problem. I have a r1a battery and a r2a phone. Post your revision and whether you have problem. Perhaps we can come to a conclusion!

@floke
That’s funny, because on my T68 m, I have just the opposite : phone hardware R1A (01W39 / made in Sweden) and battery R2A (made in Japan / finished in Sweden)…
And by the way, the battery fits perfectly…

I've got the exact same problem - and I've owned 3 T68i models in their last month (sold the 2 of them to my brother and father)

All 3 models had the same loose feel - the battery seems loose and you can move it from side to side.

It irritates me quite a bit - but since I've had 3 T68i's within 1 month with the exact same issue - I won't bother to get a replacement.

Would be great to find a solution to the problem - someone used 2 "post-it" between the battery and the phone - anyone with another solution?

What about a piece of clothing material of some kind?
Kind regards
Claus

I've solved MY problem with the loose battery.

It took 6 pieces of 4cm by 4cm "post-it" placed on top of each other between the battery and the phone.

Now the battery is TOTALLY rock steady - no movind parts at all.

I can highly recommend it

Kind regards

TELESAINT > yes,.it should be a security-thing,..if you e.g. drop the phone,..the battery will then have to be able to move, otherwise it might break something.

But if people are sure that they wont drop their phone,..then I guess theres no harm in putting some paper between battery and phone itself
