Shame, the Xperia L is still crippled by Sony's too heavy image post-processing. Video looks nice, well, average. Guess I have to wait for the GS4 mini, if it competes at the same price range. |

This phone is nice in white. Might be less than £200 on pay as you go as sim free is £259 on Sony store. That reviewer on Clove he has the most boring voice for reviewing i ever heard. How he explains that he is putting the battery cover back on  WOW

GSM Arena Review
Shots looked sharp, with enough detail. But there's a lot of noise in the photo, even with strong light. As if the complete opposite of Xperia Z's heavy post processing, the Xperia L might need some extra "smarter" post processing to eliminate the noise but should maintain the details. HDR stills looked awesome. Video is bad, it was smooth but looked like VGA. Even more obvious of the VGA quality with the HDR video.

Sony have needed to change their post processing for a long time. Lets hope they do what they promise and bring in BIONZ in future models

Had a play around with the L in work today, its a nice phone, feels good in the hand, think i might get one for the camera. |

I wonder if the front VGA camera is any better than the Xperia P one?? The front cam on Xperia P is awful,it might as well not have been there. Compared to the decent clear VGA front cam on Lumia 620

I never use the front camera so I dont mind the quality of them |
