How can you tell someone you owe £20 to go away? I think your the sad one mate, and the excuse of i never checked inside you never asked is also ridiculous. How could you of accurately described teh condition of it then if you yourself had never opened it eh?

Right you little shit lets make this a bit louder! Before not I didnt bother telling people what you did just quitelty negged you.
This guy sold me the 8800 and described it to be in god conditionand fully boxed, it was not in good nic, possibly 5/10 best? And missing bits, and everything was very tatty.
He also pestered me non stop for over 3 hours channging the deal non stop, I said no, but he convinced me around
The discs do work as I used them on my pc to start off with, so dont give me that shite and if that really bothers you send them back and I would have replaced them, but instead of using a brian you decided you would ignore my pm about my complaints, then a few days later pretend to be all innocent, then negs me in the traders thread
Now one may ask maybe its me here, but funnily enough I don't seem to be the only one who has problems with this guy, since I posted the neg I have heard quite a few stories.
All this could have been avoided if you replyed to my pm's but you didnt did you, and don't say you were out as you replyed to others pms to me about other things.
Now would you like to be a man and actualy sort this out, or u guna ignore this too?

mate do they f**k work. and i never opened up the phone as i do actually have a life, im not too interested in looking at the back of a phone screen! i said in all pm's the phone was in good condition. and it is. and as for you, changing the deal was unbelieveable, all you did was offer ipods, then had none left, then a ipod shuffel, and then couldnt end auction on ebay, then a external hardrive, which you later decided to keep. until i said either take the deal or leave it. and you did. you were just timewasting. you seem to think yourself as a bit of a hardnut mate. when really its just immature. |

As I said before to Si, it's not the amount, it's the principle. Anyway, were you not invited to scan the bill you had showing you had requested the unlock code and paid for it? Still not seen it, so maybe you have got something to hide after all. As for the 8800, I agree with Scott, you can't possibly describe a phones condition if you now say you haven't removed it from the box. Also the best thing you can do with any sale is add pictures to verify you have the handset, and to give an idea of condition. You don't really do yourself any favours conducting deals in the manner you do, and if you are an innocent party in this, why have 2 people to my knowledge now, who have dealt with you had such awful deals?!

yeh you did open it as some tit decided to demolish the screw heads on the rear! I saw it when i put a sim in it. O also you wouldnt send me pics of it as you didnt have any, its not my understanding you sidnt send me any pics as you didnt want me to see it
The discs do work and you know it you just want an excuse to bad mouth me and try to save ur rep, and if not why not get back to me about them? Could have asked for a exchange, they were freebies as it was just to seal the deal with you as you kept on changing
I didnt change the deal, you did, kept asking what else you could have instead,,I told you via text il get back to you later, then you kept on texting me! and if I didnt reply you send anohter text saying "well"
I dont consider myself a hardnut I just get pissed off when pps liek you try and screw over honnest folk, if you didnt want the neg you should have replyed to my pms!

This is a message from vein, who is currently having technical difficulties with posting on the site so i am merely posting on his behalf.
"Luke I fear you may have had my 8800. That was scratched all over but was accurately described towards him of everything it did and didn't come with...
The W900i he traded with me for it was described as being in good condition boxed with everything.
He wasn't wrong, what he didn't say though was that the box was broken, didn't have a lid or inserts and that the phone was knocked on all the corners from where someone dropped it, it also had grime in it too.
It came with crystla cases too, what wasn't said was that they were tatty as hell and not even worth bothering with.
Scott informed me I should complain but I kept my mouth shut and sold it on."

Seems to be a pattern emerging here with Mr. Egdell, it's a shame Vein didn't take your advice Scott on that unforunate deal he had with Si Egdell. Si, you can keep my 20 quid if you do the decent thing here, then after that I don't think it would be in your best interests to put things right if you want to deal with people on here, you're not gaining any trust with how you deal.

This forum seems to become more flooded with people that refuse to accuratly describe goods and to those who decide to rip people off.
This is why i think a template should be designed that will only let people sell with say more than 100 posts and that you have to attach a picture to sell anything.
I suggest you contact luke and try to come to some sort of an agreement to sort this all out.

i got the phone as i liked it, not so i could take it apart and look inside...so sorry i didnt realise it had been damaged.

How could you not know the phone was damaged if Vein has already said that when he traded with you it was described as such.
No one would do a trade for a phone they liked then move it on without even taking it out the box to check the condition and that it was not network blocked.
If you did then you dont deserve to be trading in the first place.
