Okay guys, where to start?? Well, as T650 is(in my view) technically the perfect hybrid of K800 and W880(with none of the branding ), here's a few comparison shots with W880 I took yesterday at my local Nokia service centre(W880 is the Nokia engineers' phone, BTW ):
.....notice in the last pic, the 0.1" increase in screen size makes the world of difference!
Oo, talking about the display, it's lovely really(especially for a NON-16m colour one), and perfectly readable in bright sunlight - cue gratutitous 'industrial' art-type shots  :

.....and also to say, the loudspeaker on this phone......is also lovely - sounds better than P990, W880(by far, lol), K800, I'd almost say W900(but I don't have one left here to categorically decide yes/no, shame) even..... 
....seriously, it's that good, it reminds me of my old friends, S700/P900! They've DEFINITELY changed sound drivers(for the better), so I'm trying to find someone with Nokia 6233/N91 for a volume test....
Finally(for now), remember me saying how themes change?? Well here you go: the default flash theme, 'Under water', over a 24h period :

Okay, I hope that'll keep you guys happy for now.......I'll try and answer any more questions you have, even though I think it'd be unfair to 'review' a product even only this much unfinished(I'd say it's 95% ready, I've heard July and Aug mentioned for release), and the fact that this one still has that crippling disease, T-Mobileitis :
....doesn't help one bit......but hopefully, a bit of tuning will be able to cure this terminal ailment!

No, that's right......if you read my comments above, and on the previous page, you would already know(as I've already explained) that T-Mobile have DISABLED the flash menus(the ones you see on Youtube etc...)....
......don't worry, you don't think I'm trying to get them back??

You know more than most, how much grief/time it was to obtain it!
This phone is gonna be a hit, I'm sure of it......looks good, feels good, works good........and it's so hard to keep out of your hands, take it from me(I might even buy a blue one when they're released)!

hmmm in my opinion the phone doesn't look that great, from my viewpoint, the buttons and the color do not fit in with the phone. But then again i go for the s500 and the w580 =] |

Everyone else.......relish some T650i Camera Pictures:
Please bear in mind, these are ONLY point 'n' shoot piccies(even then my hand isn't that steady, lol), I haven't changed brightness, exposure, photometry or Scenes(like K800/810 ), and of course, I 've already explained that the cam software is buggy(although I've found the red line ONLY appears in file manager if you have the Timestamp enabled, hence these being 'clean'), so don't take these as final quality, by any means!
But I think they're fine for a prototype non-CyberShot!

realy nice phone. i cannot understand why se used 1.9'' screen and not a bigger one...
@aware: can you tell us (and maybe make some pics what happens with the illuminating effects when a call comes in...

There seem to be a purple tint on the pictures, but other than that they seem fine, at least on this reduced size. |
