Do it with the hypersim (hypersim + simcard into unlocked phone).
Aren't you using the same SIM card? Didn't you say it works with one phone and not the other? Maybe I'm confused now.... |

Well if you said you tested both the hypersims into the working SH-03a... it wouldn't be the hypersim problem would it?
Anyway, hypersims are on eBay... I don't like in UK so I have no idea where you can get any of this stuff... but you can try those asian malls? |

I wonder if there might be issues with 02 and hypersims, 3g sim? might need a new hypersim that may work. I know in the US att had a few issues that only newer hypersims seemed to fix.
btw, any idea how to get an so905ics serviced in japan?
Sony α, did you ever get your loud speaker fixed? Mine's starting to distort badly at higher volumes for regular ringtones built in the phone and even one of the camera shutter noises distorts too. Wonder how how long before it dies...disapointing really...and mine probably needs a fw upgrade to fix the camera zoom lock up issue |

I might take a stroll down Akihabara but I really don't know how to get the SO905iCS fixed. I've heard about the speaker issue (in fact I had a friend with the same problem with the SO905iCS). |

normally you'll have to take it back to docomo's store
but since u don't have a contract... akihabara is really not the place to fix phones
u might as well try those phone-mod shops at shibuya |

It either played with this annoying fuzzy sound or it didn't play at all. And so he gave up and gave or sold his phone away... -___-" |

i guess Im going to just keep it, the camera while not as good as the 903sh, so its a fun challange to get the best pic out of it.
The standard ringer sounds ok so I am just using it. My many mld ringers, gonna save it when i ever get my nec back.
But yeah mine sounds fuzzy higher than volume 1 or 2 depending on quality of mld
I have all the accessories plus a 2nd battery cover, guess I'll be keeping it lol
