As of this time, Smartnet has not contacted me to resolve the matter.
I was able to directly inform CS (called via mobile) regarding the damage done to my T610 a few minutes after leaving their office. Unfortunately, I was informed that the techinician was out for lunch and the damage cannot be confirmed. Is he back from break already?
I have already reported this to SE Phil. I hope you guys take the extra effort to take care of our units. In the event it is damaged accidentally, be professional enough to inform the client be he/she discovers it.

I have a question about t610. I have been using it for a while now and i notice the "navigator button" actually has a small glass which beneath it emits light. Comparing to t68i, P800 and T610; i believe the t610 should be blinking blue light if bluetooth is turned on right? If i'm not mistaken, the "navigator button" light did blink before during charging and bluetooth operation.
Does your T610 emit light? purpose of low batt, standby or bluetooth in operation? Please advice. Thanks in advance.
