Yeah i know what a digital zoom does. In my Sony N1 8 mega pixel camera i turn off the digital zoom only use optical.

For some reason on my c510 today my Clarity theme has become corrupt. Why? Every other theme is fine just that one. Turned phone off back on but still the same. Dont wanna do master reset i hate doing that its a pain. Anyone? |

C510 goes around for about $240 in my country, too expensive! The older C702 is running for about $255 right now. |

If your after a good camera do not buy this phone.
I've also had problems with the volume in some calls. Sometimes it is really quiet and others its okay, never perfect though.
If your after a cheap, neat/smart looking small phone with a good screen and a bit of style then this is the phone for you. |

Yeah i was saying in previous posts the call volume is not very loud and slightly muffled at times. It depends who your calling too landlines are better i find. Could it be improved in new firmware? I know this was the case with a Nokia 6300 i once had with new firmware volume was louder. |

can someone discribe the materials used for the cover. right now i'm using a k550i(duh^^), is it the same kind of plastic and metal? is it slippy? is it glass on the screen or just transparent plastic? |

Screen is plastic but i read its scratch resistant. Also the phones back can be bit slippery but its well built. |

everything is plastic, even the camera cover which looks metal is just a bit of flimsy plastic.
Thats not to say it isn't well built, better than most nokias, but still plastic.

it get advertised at Malaysia yesterday...24months warranty...first SE phone in Malaysia offering that.
also claimed to be the best 3.2megapixel camera phone out there thru the result of test factory germany? I can't recall the name...something "test"
is it really that good....not expecting it to beat 5megapixel like C902....but if it is way better than P1...I can opt for a change even P1 is smart phone hehehe (since UIQ got no future) |

The camera module of the C510 is the same as in the C702. Some forum members here and also reviewers at gsmarena, say the C702 takes slightly better pictures. But both need good bright light, don't expect K8x0 quality night/evening shots.
