Some of the pictures I have seen so far have been amazing and shows what can be achieved. I think I'll wait for Smape.com to do their C905 review but yeah, it should be with us within weeks.

you have to be BLIND or stupid to aggree on the fact that C905 is better in pictures than the innov8. Look at them in full size. C905 has a lot of jagged edges, and alot of noise! not to mention the terrible post processing (just like K800/k850... NOTHING HAS CHANGED only megapixel count). pity

OFF topic. the new 9MP modules have amazing specs:

I think the Innov8 pictures and the C905 pictures are better / worse than each other depending on certain conditions. They each have good aspects.

Anyhow, the differences to me are minimal and not really worth getting all hot and bothered about, if one is slightly better than the other then so what? In the grand scheme of things they're still pretty mediocre compared to a dedicated digicam so its hardly worth insulting people about.

The design of the C905 looks great - thats a big selling point for me.

please give examples. I will also give some when i have time. As far as i saw, innov8 is better than C905. if innov8 is 10/10, C905 is 8/10. so it's pretty good.

good test. I suggest to read conclusion at the end of comparision. you'll see that Eldar's voice is not on any side, this review is VERY balanced. he likes pictures from both phones and there's no winner

words from conclusion:
- C905 winner of flash and LED test in low light conditions
- i8510 winner in night conditions (night street test)
- no winner in good light conditions (only a bit better colors in i8510)
- C905 winner of macro

But...look how he bashes the C905 in the original review of the phone.

SE supposedly does not have enough cam modules at present, thus the steep pricing. Then, how pathetic the build quality is compared to other phones. I mean, i have read previews and the build quality has always been top notch.

the pricing is disappointing but look at the W910. It was stupidly priced but it's now pretty reasonable.

agree, SE's prices drop quickly than the others. so just a little patience and it'll worth every penny

I thought both of them were great, already decent for everyday usual usage.

About Night pics
Eldar said that he didn't like night photos from C905. I just curious because all C905 night pics from Eldar are shooted at ISO 250-320, while Innov8 decides to shoot at ISO 150-200.

It makes C905's images become noisier and brighter... Maybe Eldar activates image stabilization? Just see night photos from marcus... Most of them are shooted at ISO64. Innov8 is crap compared to Marcus night pics...

So I thought night comparison from Eldar isn't valid...

About daylight, I thought C905 could performs much better... Just see photos from Virgile...

Strange about C905 video rec samples from Eldar. My K850 is better! Maybe he shoot using old proto?

I guess night street test is based on autofocus. it's not a secret that autofocus doesn't work well in bad light. at start this test should be done with focus infinity to remove any doubts about focus accuracy

@fanofmodi,
Is this what you mean?
http://www.mobile-review.com/review/sonyericsson-c905.shtml

In above review, Eldar mentioned that using Wi-Fi only makes C905 stays 3 hours before the batteries emptied... And when he using Wi-Fi for 6 hours (maybe using charger,) he said that the phone restarted itself three times... Every 2 hours average... Is there any brod on C905?

Furthermore, he mentioned that Capuchin looks promising... And browsing through the menu brings interesting experience...

Also he didn't said anything about YouTube full streaming capabilities... I hope it can streaming desktop YouTube flawlessly like G705. I browse YouTube a lot
