Go to your sent items folder, and under the word messages at the top, it says sent, and how many messages you have sent.
This is only the amount you have in the sent box, as for how many have been sent in total??? Dunno lol

Well... SE now has an update available for the SEUS client that takes it up to version 2.7.2.5. However, I'm still not able to update my unbranded/unlocked WWE W950i as I'm still getting that stupid white screen looping problem. OY!
COME ON SE.... PLEASE GET THIS ONE FIXED ASAP!!!

ALRIGHT!
I'm not sure how, but I finally managed to get my W950's firmware updated via SEUS today. I was on R1B03 before, and now I have R4B02. Man! What a huge difference. The phone is quite a bit faster now (which says a lot since it was pretty fast before) and there's more free memory on startup now (33% free on my first reboot).
I've only played around with it a bit so far, but I also see that they've fixed the album artwork problem I was having (i.e. if some of your songs didn't have album artwork, they would display the album artwork image from the last played song???).
The only bummer is that I lost the ability to use Bootman as it no longer runs at startup like it did before. I knew this was going to happen I guess.
BTW, I'm not sure what changed as the SEUS utility is still at version 2.7.2.5. I simply diecided that I was finally going to reset my phone and format the internal memory to see if I could get the update to work that way. However, I decided to give it a go one more time before the reset/reformat and it actually worked! The typical white "looping" screen appeared, but then it moved on to a screen that told me an update was available for my phone.
Has anyone else who was having the looping problem gotten it to work?
Oh, and BTW... While the SE backup utility is better than nothing, it sure didn't put my phone back to the way it was before. I had to reinstall all of my apps again and go through and restore almost all of my custom phone settings (which took more than an hour to do). Thus, I'm not sure that I'll want to jump on every update that comes out as it's too much of a pain to have to completely re-setup my phone after a firmware update. At least the backup kept my Internet settings, files, etc. which is better than a kick in the teeth. |

After suffering from the same update loop screen problem like many of us, I was finally able to upgrade the firmware to R4B02...what a relief!!! I guess it was the SEUS software which also got upgraded and fixed that stupid problem. I can't beleive SE wouldn't rigorously test its update software before it makes it publicly available!!!

Hi,
One query for my W950I.
Do I need to use master reset before upgrading firmware or it is not mandatory. Many posters informed that they have reset the master. So i am a bit confused.

Edit:I didnt notice that you ask for master reset before I wrote after upgrade...
First time when i get update i didnt do a master reset and "everything" work ok but second update front (call) loudspeaker sound 50% and no mater what i do they sound abaut 50% even volume is 100%...
Finaly i do master reset and after that work like it should... After that i will always do a master reset after upgrade!
