I have a friend of the thread back on the couch this evening, here to talk about his latest venture. Please join me in welcoming methylated_spirit.
What exactly are you up to this time?
methylated_spirit says:
Well, scotsboy, first off i'd like to thank you for having me back, its truly marvelous to be here. I have been working hard on a germ of an idea i had way back in the eighties and now, i believe the time is right to bring it to fruition.
Its a fact of life, everyone needs someone to hug. Now, i've noticed that some people have trouble expressing themselves, and finding a soulmate. I, along with my head researcher kimcheeboi, have been working on a plan.
So what are you going to do?
methylated_spirit says:
We have worked long and hard, and over the last decade, we have perfected it. We have designed and built the Love-Life Boot Camp!
What exactly is that?
methylated_spirit says:
We have just perfected a series of tests, theoretical and practical, which will show you the way. It will sharpen the mind and the spirit, it will invigorate and rejuvenate those who find themselves in a stale marriage, it will show people new to this crazy game we call love the way!
Is this just a gimmick to bolster the 'Esato Lonely Hearts Thread'?
methylated_spirit says:
This is a charge that has been levelled at me before, and to these people, i say how DARE you! The lonely hearts thread has attracted lonely people, who want and need guidance and encouragement. Now, i believe that my patented course will help these people, it will improve their quality of life. It is not a "gimmick", it is a helping hand in this oft-times cruel and impatient world.
I notice that you and kimcheeboi are running this course, what about mince-inside?
methylated_spirit says:
Yes, you may have been wondering about my friend and lover mince-inside. Dont worry, we havent fallen out, its just that mince is pursuing another idea of his at the moment. He will be back. This is a seperate venture from the M'n'M partnership, in which i have signed up kimcheeboi to help. Dont worry, fans, M'n'M is not defunct. We will be back together.
Why seperate ventures all of a sudden?
methylated_spirit says:
People do take us as a partnership, but we have our own seperate goals t fulfill, and dreams to pursue. mince-inside is currently working on his own project, the production of cheap power using sawdust and a Lenny Henry dvd. I dont know how successful he's been, but he's been at it for a while, so im sure he's making progress.
What do you think of the recent negative threads on Esato, is this course designed to contribute something positive?
methylated_spirit says:
This course is designed to enrich and empower.
Who do you consider to be your primary market?
methylated_spirit says:
It will help esato members, which will help esato become even stronger. Team lonely hearts. Team esato.
My primary market? well, anyone who wants help to find a life partner anyone in need
So as a little sneak preview, can we have a demonstration of the course here on the couch?
methylated_spirit says:
Well, its a closely guarded secret, and i believe it would be unfair to the participants to prematurely reveal any of my technique, but i will give a short summary of the general layout, if thats ok?
There will be two practical tests, a multiple-choice quiz, an essay question, and the final exam.
What do you say to those who might claim that you are giving people false hope; that if someone needs to take a love course then they are perhaps not exactly best predispossessed towards finding love?
methylated_spirit says:
Is it right or fair that one person can say whether another is entitled to find love? No, of course it isnt. Instead of standing by and laughing at a less fortunate persons attempts to find a soulmate, I am going to help them. Everyone has the right to happiness.
What other projects do you have lined up for Esato?
methylated_spirit says:
Other projects? I have a couple of ideas in the pipeline. Once this marvelous course is over with, then you will see. Dont worry, i have a few things in mind to enrich Esato members lives.
'The Love Boot Camp' begins on Thursday 18th November in the 'Esato Lonely Hearts Forum. Please join me next time when I shall be chatting with more of Esato's finest on the couch.

What is wrong with you?!
Don't you ever have anything constructive to say?
And there's something called "humor" that you need to take a second look at. Stop taking everything so seriously and learn to laugh a little!
Geez!

Because XP is the root of all evil when it comes to classic gaming. If its dos based, XP definately will hate it. Bout the only way round it is if your machine si good enough to run virtual PC and put win98 on it.
Hmm.. time to rehookup the Amiga I think. Nothing better than a game of alien breed after a long day.
