wow... maybe if SE really buy intel flash mem manufacturing plant. maybe we gettin at least 128mb internal mem in the future SE models.

Spot on, Bavlondon! The K800 cover is slow to slide, and causes damage to the back of the phone as you open/close it! 
The S700/W800(owned one, replaced it with the other, lol) 'switches' were vastly better, faster to use, not clumsy at all, like K series are(yes K750 suffers too)......

I very much agree. I would like the one side of Sofia to look very much like a camera but I think they should make it simple and as maintenance free as possible.
I liked the S700i's solution. The only thing that let it down was that the camera surround tended to scratch easily.

Scratches......yes, a problem when you use painted plastic instead of 'proper' metal........maybe this time, eh??

I still think the S700i is a good looking device. I'll probably go for Sofia myself but make sure I get a good leather cover for it.
Only about 2 weeks to go until the announcement. (Hopefully)

they should supple Sofia with a pouch like they did with the w950i. It protects my w950 very well and is very fashionable at the same time imo

That's a good idea.
As  flagship camera-phone it should be looked after properly, and for those large 5MP snaps it should come with at least 256mb ext memory.

I am beginning to suspect that optical zoom won't be included in the specifications.
Sofia is rumoured to be smaller and slimmer than the K800i - it would be some achievement to squeeze optical zoom into such as small package.
Though I am only guessing.  Hopefully I will be proved wrong.

It depends how "big" it's supposed to be if 2x optical zoom then it would be quite possible to put it in phone thinner than k800 but something like 3x is 'almost' impossible but I hope I'm wrong |

So if Sofia is basically an upgraded K800i with a metal case, then wouldn't that leave room for an even better camera-phone from with Optical Zoom (OZ) ?

it's not hard on to put an opitcal zoom in sofia
coz SONY have puted 3x optical zoom in 17mm camera thick

so sofia may have 19-22mm of thicknes to fitt optical zoom in it
if Sofia has almost the same size as K610 (which is 17mm thick)
than it's ease to put optical zoom in it
