I have a hard time beleiving that especially for the fact that the same charger has been used for years for many Ericsson products. And I've never heard such a thing. Also the same charger is used for the T200 and probably for the T100 as well (although I'm not 100% sure about T100), why aren't they withdrawn?

BTW.. doesn't the P800 also use the same charger? It has the same system connector at least. I don't have a P800 though. |

Calling all firefighters! Calling all firefighters! Ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding! Let's all join hands and start praying this is true. Maybe they'll throw a Z200/Z600 at up in exchange... LOL

i think this is true. If you go to the orange website, it says that the t310 and t610 are out of stock on pay monthly and pay as you go. Only yesterday they had stock for all of these options.
I am slightly worried now as i bought a t610 on pay as you go from argos, just wondering if i would be able to take it back if orange come out with an official announcement |

that should have been a big news on the papers. we all know how sensationalist the newspapers are. well, ok... i'll wait for at least one report. |

How would this be in the papers? This is todays news not yesterdays. And SE are probably discusing what to do about it before they put it on the website |

I have enough of this kind of gabbage in my country. Counting this is 11 case. One of the most bizzare case was only Ericsson phone sold can cause a man hair turned white from black origin. Due to popularity of T610, some kind of Nokia virus may has infected orange mail servers, I guess |

All this stuff is absolute nonsense. If u are a true Sony Ericsson fan, then there is no need to worry.

Just got an email from Orange that says that all mobile retail stores worldwide are to stop sales of the following Sony Ericsson phones.
T68i, T610, T310 & T300. This is because customers worldwide are experiencing their chargers blowing up while the phone is being charged. I'm not making this up. I work for Orange retail and have just recieved the email. The production of the phones have not stopped but the problem will need to be fixed. This does not effect the P800.
That's all l know so far.
