You just wait until the GSM (SGH-i500) version hits the stores. It's VERY different from this CDMA version. |

Any smart phone released after the p800 has a chance to beat it because the other manufacturers already has an idea on what makes the p800 cool or not so they'll take these into considerations when designing their \"p800 contenders\"

one of the selling points of the p800 for me is to be able to buy a memory card so i can dump files to & from my computers. if i'm not mistaken the phone being compared to doesn't have room for it? Also the phone sports a 66mhz processor and a relatively old (but tried) version of the Palm OS. But how long do you think before palm apps require a little more speed from its processor & a little more memory (=

The SGH-i500's design is cool but I think if you make a feature by feature comparison the P800 still wins (even if the SGH-i500 sports a 300mhz processor, I still want to dump my files and mp3s to my phone. heeeheehee) Then again the phone isn't released yet so maybe Samsung will add more features (= |

I have a feeling we're going to be like the t68i vs. \"the rest\" fight all over again. My guess is that they are going to release a whole bunch of wannabes before maybe managing to beat it before se releases a new phone which will again dominate the rest. And so on and so on.

The graffitti area doesn't look very big, I can't imagine it being very easy to enter text that way. Not the nicest looking phone either!

I might as well buy a Clie.. even that has better phone functionnalities than a CDMA
GSM or not.. that thing doesnt hv BT, does it?
what about memory? mp3 playback? video? it doesnt even support XHTML.. it's WAP2.0 compatible!
damn newbies posting crappy phones as "the P800's executionner"
do a lil research before posting jibberish
