I have to say that I'm starting to warm to android and this might be the phone that really introduces me to it
Me too, each iteration seems to get more interesting.

So wait is this Android 2.0 or is this the special flashy version of 1.0(or 1.5?) of Android by HTC? |

Wow the design now looks better (as usual) but i still hate the chin design. and the back looks so boring (HTC MAX)

The design on this one really hits the spot for me, not sure why but I really like it
Shame HTC put an underpowered processor in it to make the UI supposedly sluggish
Never take bald CPU clock rates as gospel Willi, each OS requires quite different speeds to run at an equitable rate
Great review Nanu, only thing that put's me off one, as a photo-centric user, is the lack of a flash, on the whole, only the variety on offer from the app store would tempt me towards the Iphone, otherwise i'd take the HTC product.

According to engadget, the latest firmware for the Hero is rolling out now and includes many speed enhancements to please those who were not happy with its lag

Paul @ Modaco had released this early and the speed improvements are amazing and I wasn't disappointed with the speed before
