Im of to the Orange shop tom to have a look.
But I agree Orange Customer care are crap and it was reported on another website recently that Orange customer care was poor too.
The men are great tho, Maybe we should have them as customer care.
at least phones might get answered quicker as there are 2 of them lol.
Sorry for people on here who work for Orange, But over the last year care has gone, and even in some shops too. |
