Success at last,using WMP 9 i just transferred about 100mb of mp4 choons (31 tracks) to MS Duo without any problems,this took about 14 minutes (is that fast or slow?).
But i read about using the 'Safely Remove Hardware' option thats by the clock on yer computer,so after doing that it seems fine
Video's transfer ok too,i hav'nt tried a large file yet tho.

If anybody wants to try this method u can get WMP 9 from here...

Well who would ave thought Microsoft would ave sorted my little problem out,dont think i'll buy a card reader now if this keeps working well

you can also use itunes and "keep music folders organised" option - then just copy the folders itunes creates into the mp3 folder on the mem stick.

Disc2phone only imports mp3, not mp4, but W800 itself fully supports mp4. Don't worry it's just sony silliness that disc2phone doesn't support mp4.

Wel... about the radio changing frequency you should deactivate the RF function included in "RDS"/"RF" menu on the radio.
