Yes, I have the same problem. Adam18 if you do a master reset, your phone will now say it's a w800i. But save that defaut w800i theme before you do it or you will lose it. I don't know what's going on with SEUS. I'm wonding if an update for the w800i comes out, will we be able to flash it to a complete w800i.... Right now it's neither here nor there... hahah

CDA102338/68 R4A Vodafone UK (semi-branded, those who know will know!)

I've been cursing Voda for not updating their firmware, but after reading the horrendous trouble people are having, I'm not so sure...
First people have trouble actually flashing, then when SEUS sort that out, they flash your mobile into some kind of schizophrenic mini-transvestite thing...whatever next?

i tried it and yeah it now sais w800. however, from what i can tell, the cda is still the same, so it should still update like a normal k750.

I guess something is happening to SEUS servers as we speak (write ).

This morning i was able for SEUS to identify my phone and get the files, now it's telling me that my operator doens't support SEUS.
I guess they closed down the servers.

Can anyone try it out (Recovery mode)?
Just verify the phone. Don't start the update.

I tried recovery on EU1, CDA 102337/9 .

I tried automatic and recovery mode as well.. They removed the files. I really hope either they're fixing the files or putting in a new firmware. Hope i'll have a perfectly working K750i with my languages and fixed buges!

I will, don't worry.
Now, but seriously i do believe they're fixing it, why else would they remove it? And actually it's not impossible at all that the'll release a new fw. I know R1N is quite new but there are already a few known bugs.

So yea, i keep hoping!

What will it happen if I update my W800i using SEUS of K750i to obtain that R1N035?
Any idea?

I did a master reset and it did exactly as you said :

Turn phone model to W800i and delete the W800i theme!

Short answer: NO!
SEUS looks at IMEI too not only CDA. [addsig]

actually ive read on davinci that it doesnt check for imei for k750

people who flash their phone to another language/cda can still update with seus (if they used the right cda), so why doesnt seus detect that the cda and mei dont match?

It does, CDA from W800i, IMEI from K750i -> Something's wrong.

Don't really know what happens, maybe you could try it out [addsig]
