Well I cannot seem to upgrade. The upgrade OTA will not work for some reason. It says I have latest firmware but it's still on 2.3.1 & I even downloaded ICS but when I put it on the device & go into recovery mode to install update it keeps failing

That's what my X10 is running.
Milestone is at 2.3.7 (CM7.1) and the HD7 runs Mango.

^ looking good Did you add some sort of protecting tape along the edge around the camera "hump" ? If so, that is a great idea, that spot seems to be under a lot of wear stress.. Here is how it looks after 16 months of use without any covers:

Yes ive added some spare invisible shield i had lying around, put some on the camera island and the bottom plastic end cap for protection. This is the third N8 ive had......(how many have you had now Bono ) they are just great phones and will be even better when Belle arrives
