MAMMA MIA...realy realy good...this is for sure number one night pic by k850...well done.(and in so BIG resolution...waaahhh)

this is for sure I-Mobile902 night quality. Las Vegas is perfect for night shoots..so much lights

what did you use ???

let me guess:

stabilazor ON
night-landscape profile ON
white balance AUTO
EV +/-0
and you placed it on the ground

i rested it on my steering wheel and held my breath

thanks guys for your compliments, its amazing at night, im going to be taking a lot more pics of the strip real soon.

twilight landscape and white balance set to incadescent.

I was amazed at how good it came out, it would be better if i was out of the car too

@ fullforce: I think you are making a small mistake. Purple is not a color from the sun spectrum. There is no purle in a rainbow for example. Because purple is a mixture of red and blue.
In other words purple is a mixture of two colors, and there are many different purples, depending on the ratio of red versus blue.
Saying that purple is part of the sun spectrum is a common misconception. The color that exists in the sun spectrum and that looks almost like a purple containing more blue than red is violet.
Pedestrian: don't run, my car is faster anyway.

I don't know, but I personally think that there is something wrong with the K850's camera algorithms. There is just WAY too much noise reduction artifacts in the pictures that it takes. I just got a T650i, and it seems to take some great photo's - as good as the K750i was back in the day. Take a look at these 2 shots at 100% crop.

K850i

T650i

I know these aren't the same places or the same lighting conditions, but EVERY picture i've ever seen by the K850, no matter the lighting, seems to have this same noise. I was very surprised to find that the T650 doesn't seem to have any of that noise. Very disappointing the a non-cybershot phone can take better pictures than their flagship!

Hopefully this will be fixed in firmware upgrades.
