just like what dxomark noted, there's that purple fringing going on in some occasions. could it be due to the type of light that hits the lens?
the qx10 appears to be underperforming. does it have the latest firmware? |

Bonovox, am I right in saying that the shots that XperiaJunkie posted do not exhibit the same problem as you had (large blur on the right hand side of the lens)? |

did they include the dock? that's rather sad. i thought they'd give more since they gave it the 49,999 pricing. |

Someone on XDA posted that the noise cancelling earphones have microphones on them (as you'd expect), but they can also be used when recording video as stereo microphones (much like that accessory that Sony sells separately). |

I haven't seen the purple fringing before or mentioned before. I can't see it being anywhere near as bad it is on Apples cameras? |

Bonovox said that there was a purple tinge in the middle of some of the photos (probably due to the low light levels).
That's different to purple fringing (chromatic aberration - usually visible on high contrast backgrounds). which those photos don't show any of and which the z2 handles quite well (much better than apple).

@ XperiaJunkie Did you use flash with QX10? because it seems like QX10 is inferior because lack of flash. |

It doesn't look like flash was used with the Z2 either though. |

the flash was never used in any of the shots the QX10 doesn't have that function so I decided on not to use it at all.
I'm so happy 'cause today I've found my friends ... They're in my head
