Please Can anyone help me to setup GMail on my K508i ...the e-mail app says Server not found...I have enabled POP3 access on GMail  |

I don't think gmail can be set up on the K508.

Cant the K508 e-mail client handle gmail ...which e-mail a/c can be configured succesfully with K508i |

You can configure other pop3 services. But i haven't heard of anyone successfully having connected to gmail pop3 on a kserie phone.

I have tried bluebottle too.. but it says 'Server not Found' ..can u give me the actual settings |

Try bluebottle as govi said or wap.mymail.ro _________________ :se: If nothing sticks to teflon, how does it stick to the pan??  Edit: Make sure you have full gprs and not wap gprs.

But I have only WAP GPRS ..is it not possible to use e-mail using that |

You need web gprs, wap gprs will not work with an email client.

Whiz will explain in detail, in short, web gprs allows you to use email clients and browse net on pc using phone as a gprs modem.

While wap gprs only allows wap sites browsing.

@peeta - web gprs is not an option on the phone, u have to ask your service provider to enable it.... It's full gprs with POP3, html+WAP page viewing, and with it, u can use your phone as a modem and use the PC for surfing the net...

I use general wap to connect to hotpop & recieve and send email.
