BRR
I loved this phone so much just because of the perfection and just after watching these marks I nearly cried. A beautiful phone have been ruined. I am praying that only this handset have got this problem. Contacted SE about this but they seems not to bother.
Any ways its going back to O2 tomorrow and I have order a second one. If the problem persists... I don't know what would I do left with no option but this is sad very sad for me at least as I want perfection.

Didn't get you my friend. What do you mean by manufacturing date?
I was the first one to have this handset from O2 when it was released. |

I mean, under the battery there is something like W1007 that means it was made the 10th week of 2007
Maybe it is one of the first units....that cas with my lot of faulty w910.....it was solved when the white latter units came out |

Yes it can be cleaned but do think it should have been there? Why a clamshell needs to have a screen protector? |

I assume it is a shiny surface and the screen protector may make some of a difference...
It seems the buttons stick up a little and imprint the screen leaving the button marks... If it can be cleaned dont really see an issue....

Yes it is not an issue but again it keeps bugging me (at least me). I was looking the other day for EXIM SPUC/SPUP which I had it for my W950i and P1i but couldn't find any specifically for W980. I am a bit concerned about the outer display. |
