its running on my p990i even though the site says it doesn't work !!!

Playing with this and I can take a photo (remember to only take a VGA sized one as anything else will give you an out of memory error) but when I apply the animation changes (I just drew a moustache and beard) the saved GIF will only work in a very limited way as an MMS.

My animation is maybe 90 frames but the MMS creator will only show the first 30-40 of those before stopping. bear in mind that there is a frame limit.

Also, the GIF looks very posterised.

Changing the animation speed within the application reduced frame numbers, which helps but bear in mind this limitation.

If you work out a way around it, post it here.

One final point, I would much prefer it if you could invoke the camera from within the software so that the right settings are set for you automagically. If the author can manage this then all the better.
