In absolute preview, we are in a position to showing first technical photos to you and to list the Feature of Hermione, the most waited for smartphone UMTS of Sonyericsson. A little characteristics it generates them, all extremely reliable: Hermione is tribanda a GSM/Gprs class 10, as far as the dimensions piu leggermente small and light of the P910i, the screen is to 262000 colors QVGA (resolution of 240x320 Pixel), the battery has the same amperage of that one of the P910 (1260 MAh) and but in half thickness. Like from Sonyericsson tradition, the Bluetooth does not lack; in adding Hermione will have the connettivitą Wi-fi: finishes supports they the possibility to pass from net WiFi net 3G and viceversa in continuous way, without having to interrupt the data traffic. The same one is worth passing from access point a WiFi to an other: fantastic! An other important technical detail: Hermione supports Multiple PDP Context, that is is possible to be annoying in Internet and to telephone at the same time without to interrupt neither the flow of the data neither the telephone call. Navigation: pad to nine ways (on the forehead), jog dial to three ways on the left side. The jog of the P910 it was to 5 ways, but on Hermione the same one has inner dimensions and weight extremely reduced. Frontal camera to low resolution for the videochiamate ones, posterior camera from 2 megapixel: the room on the back can be sluice (in order protect the objective); like in the K750i, not as soon as the active application is opened automatically. Beautiful the software of management of the room: it is to entire screen with commandos in overlay and the interface wheel automatically in Landscape (if set up in the options). In this way the same feeling of one digital room is had them. Hermione has operating system Symbian OS 9,1 with interface UIQ 3.0; the same one is not compatible with previous (UIQ 2,0 or 2,1) and therefore, unfortunately, the existing applications will have to be ricopilate in order to work on the device. Personalizzazione to the top with the topics of new generation: every single element of the graphical interface supports skins! For every graphical element it is possible to specify that image to use, the edges, the type of filling (tile, stretch, ninth), the color of the written ones on it, the style of the written ones (included shading, outline, etc). Truly impressive. A famous one on the customizzazione: the system supports 256 levels of transparency natively, therefore if they come used type images png, our topics can have all the trsparenza effects that we want nonche edges not necessarily rectangular. The possibility completes the "equipment" to adopt font TTF (standard, enough to have installed them in the directory just), integrated radio FM and the graphical accelerator hardware. No indiscretion, in order now, is trapelata approximately the orientativo price; availability in mercatiper the year-end. Other information and detailed lists will be available in the thread appropriate to the inside of ours community. That to say? As this year we never do not see the hour that they Is been born...

Wow, nice pictures. would like to see detailed pictures of the UI though...

Interesting that they have put the keyboard on the phone, not on the flip as in the case of the P910...

Oh God, they really placed the thumb board on the phone itself... crap. That's it... I'm skipping this model. Sorry... stupid egronomics. I'll wait until they get a competent designer. Either that, or I'll downgrade to a K750 or something as a secondary phone... but Hermione is out for me.

That really doesn't look nice. I hope they change a couple of things before the official launch... that's really dissapointing...

Yes, as the text states it is using the new version of UIQ.

It also looks like it uses most of the screen in flip-closed mode, nice!

it looks like they have the keypad attached to the phone itself so they can have the backlit on the keyboard. At least that's what it seems like to me the reason.
