A little boastful story |

I brought my little four year old daughter to her ballet class 2 weeks ago. Since we were early, we waited at the lounge of the class. Seated on a cute little chair (strictly for little ballerinas), she was attracted to these 2 other ballerinas seated next to her who are conversing to each other while holding a kiddie story book each. My daughter was trying to get their attention and having a go at whether they can just let her peek over their shoulders at the story books which they are holding. The other 2 ballerinas however, did not give her any time of the day.
Feeling sorry for my girl, I flip out my P800 and asked her, "Babe, would ya like to watch a little PowerPuff Girls while we're waiting for your class?"
Her eyes lit up with a sounding "Yes!" Proudly holding her papa's P800, she toggled the PowerPuff Girls episode to full screen view and sat there happy watching (though she had watched this episode for like upmteenth times now). Guess what? In a manner of seconds, she was swamped with like 8 other ballerinas around her trying to catch a glimpse of the MP4 movie.
And the 2 ballerinas previously next to her, they dropped their kiddie books on the floor and joined in the fun.
What can I say? P800 saved the day!!! |

@lesneo, good for you and your daughter. Maybe I should keep one of those mp4's in my memory stick for my daughter, just in case.

@lesneo: am I the only one that realizes the potential of this story as a SE commercial? Lesneo, what are you waiting for? Write to the SE marketing morons (and what morons they are) and show them how it's done! Let your little girl lead them to the light!!! Next time you'll know it, they'll sell P800s like hotcakes...

But did you take a picture of the two girls sharing the book? That would have been a decent picture to demonstrate the prowess of the P800. |
