 | I had the same problem but was very reluctant to reload XP. I rang SE and after about 20 minutes of talking he asked if I had a firewall. I said yes, I use the Norton Firewall. Once I rebooted my Laptop, disabled the firewall and pluged the cradle in, it worked fine. To all those with a sync problem, did you have a firewall installed? I think reloading XP only wipes the firewall off the PC and thats why it worked when you tried it again. If you have a Sync problem call SE UK on 08705 237 237 option 4 and speak to someone. Reloading XP breaks balls. 1 P800, 3 stylus, 2 headphones, a memory stick and a shitty case |

 | I thought that this would be obvious, as the mrouter software uses TCP/IP to connect to the phone.
In ZoneAlarm, you should make 127.0.0.1 a trusted zone and allow all the phone applications to gain access to the trusted zone.

 | I also had problems with the Ipaq being installed onto my computer, the minute I uninstalled it the sync with my p800 happened with ease. Just a thought could that be a problem as well? |
