hi all
I have a t610 and am happy with it but thinking of making the leap to a pda style phone and have just seen the specs for this beastie:

Anyone got any opinions on the specifications?
It blows the new SE p900 away with 64mb and vga flash camera built in! Also can upgrade memory via sd cards!
Apparently going to retail for approx 500 euros.
Im gonna get one for that sort of money if it does what it says on the tin.

No one got any opinions on this new phone?
It SEEMS easily the best phone coming out over the next few months.
I know i'm a low poster but i have been a lurker for ages and can't believe no one else has noticed this phone!
Am i missing something obviously crap about it?
Come on guys im bored at work and fancy some opinions regarding this and the new p900.

Actually I noticed it on mobileburn last night and was initially impressed. Shame Sendo backed out of the deal with microsoft because pocket pc phone edition software in there might have been the clincher for me to use that phone.

Sendo make crap bugdet phones dont they? I wouldnt trust em to deliver a P900 beating phone.

It's still based mostly on the Series 60 platform so I doubt it'll outdo the P900 which has lots more potential.
The additional memory is a nice touch. Also the slender front profile and metallic look makes it a very attractive alternative to Nokia's 6600. |

I know how ya feel. Ive only got net at college. wap at home. Its a good looking fone. Defo got tons of memory and the smartphone look!

The Sendo X differs from them by being lightweight (at only 120g) and physically small.
It also includes a 176x220 resolution 65K color TFT screen.
Sendo has integrated 64 MB of Flash memory, with up to 32 MB from that actually available to users.
Users will also be able to expand memory by using MMC and SD cards.
It has an integrated digital camera. It offers integrated flash, red-eye reduction, and a 4x zoom.
The graphics co-processor will also be used for playing back video files using the RealOne player. The RealOne player can playback videos in in H.263, MPEG4, and RealVideo formats. T
The Sendo X will also be able to personalise pictures with features such as captions, clip art, morphing, and framing. Full MMS messaging is built-in, so that users can share pictures.
It has a 64 voice polyphonic system, you can record your own ringtones, all of which are played back through a "scientifically designed dual acoustic chamber speaker system".
It can play back MP3 files through the speaker.
It features tri-band GSM, GPRS, Bluetooth (with headset support), infra-red, and USB support.
The Sendo X also handles web formats such as HTML 4.2, Frames, WAP 2.0, XHTML MP and Security (SSL and WTLS). Support for up to six email accounts and full synchronization functions are also included, as well as viewers for over 30 file formats.
NOTE: YOU CAN USE IT TO VIEW office documents .xls .doc etc 
Maybe able to edit them too and keep spreadsheets etc uptodate?
