Hi guys!
I bought my T65 in October, same day they realeased it in sweden , and I've never been satisfied with the standby time, since I never have gotten more than 170h after a full charge. My friends having the same phone but bought a few months ago, they get much more standby time than I get. Så I guess it MUST be the battery since I've flashed my phone a few times and now I've the latest firmware...and of course I've change all the settings in my phone to get the most of the battery like GPRS off, Sleep on...and those kind of things.
I recently oppen my phone and I saw the battery is "only" 600mAh.

I've seen the phone is supposed to be supply with a battery of 720mAh...and not the 600mAh I got. Any way...do you guys having a T65 have seen the capacity of your battery? Is it 600? 700? 720? 800? or what?

Am I the only one who thinks that the picture of that battery has been quite obviously edited with 720 covered over with a black mark and 600 written next to it.

Dudes...
YES it says 700mAh under the black touch-pen mark...
BUT it was in that way...and they printed 600mAh at the side...
I don't need to edit a picture to "create" a problem I've...
Do you want a zoomed pictue of just that part?? HERE and I know you'll still said is a fake...but I don't care.

juank, i do believe you due to the many "mysteries" that happen to sonyericsson mobiles.

before telling my story, just mention that in your battery says "lythium polymer" twice. so people, what the hell are theese batteries? li-po 600? li-ion 600? li-po 700 or li-ion 600? this is crazy.

what has happened to me isn't less surprising. after returning a t65 to the store because it had been used before and it had smss, tetris records and contacts, and it was a bit scratched, today i was given a second t65, and to my surprise, the unique transparent plastic in the surroundings of the screen of this phone, was this time a low quality opaque plastic which gave to the phone a shit appearance. the strange thing is that it can't be a non original cover because the t65 doens't have cover changing, so it has come this way from the factory.

here is the photograph. no need to mention that the keyboard is also of a lower quality than the first t65 i had.

Hi, if u are unhappy with the cover, you can change it. There are some covers for sale at esato. U just unscrew The phone and put the new ones on.

I too only have about 170 or so hours of standby after a full charge. But how would I go about taking off the rear cover? I unscrewed the bottom rear screws with my trusty torx set, but it still seems to be held in place by clips, I'm afraid to apply too much pressure or use leverage as that might damage the cover.

at first it was meant to have 700mAh, but for some reason it was set only to 600mAh, so it was changed on the battery labels.... but then changed their mind again... and all T65 batteries produced after february/mars this year has 700mAh

standbytime for T65 is 160 - 300h.... changing the battery to a 700mAh might increase it a bit...

I'm pretty sure now that I have the 600ma battery, as I just checked the total remaining time on my freshly charged phone, and it says 174h. How much would a battery replacement cost in general? Because I have managed to run this battery down in 2 days with the way I use this phone. Also, are there any guides on how to open the phone? Because I raelly would like to see the battery for myself.
