Does anyone know whether T68 is able to store phone numbers directly from the call list. Apparently, contacts can only be added via manual entry in the phone book menu.
Unlike Nokia phones, they are able to save phone numbers directly from the "received" record.
Hope there is a way for T68...to make it more user friendly...

What I do is to set "Ask to Save" (Phonebook->Options). Not exactly what you wanted, but works for me.

The Ask-to-Save option will trigger the question everytime a non-phonebooked caller calls you, and is really embarassing.

I think T68 (T65 in my case) does not have such function to save a call list entry to the phonebook when you are reviewing the list (disappointing).

There is a way that probably gives what you want. Choose the Phone Book / Add Contact option. Then select the number type you want to add (Work/Mobile/...). Start to edit it. Then you have 2 options. Use the 'option button' on the T68 and you get a list of unsaved numbers from the call list to select from. Or use the joystick to the left and you are able to select numbers from Phone book / SIM entries or Unsaved nos.
