I just got my Z600 today and I am a little pissed. I am on T-Mobile (US) and have the unlimited data plan. I get online just fine through my T610. Z600 arrives, put in new settings and it says I am getting an APN error. I know I have the right APN. I email mobilefly (great customer service btw), and they said they have had other comments about other US people not being able to get on T-Zones because of GPRS incompatibility.

Just FYI. I hope it's something really stupid that I have forgotten to input or something, but I don't think so. If anyone has any thoughts on this, please let me know.

Man,

I have the same problem.. I cannot access my T-Zones, but have been assured by ACS that its a software problem and that it will be fixed upon a software update. I hope they are right because i used wap a lot. ACS is great, great customer support, I hope they continue to live up to their past performance. If you get any insight on this problem, please let me know. I will do the same

Good luck

Nice to hear that you have a z600!
Iwant all the themes on it.
Please take your z600 and only send them via infrared or bluetooth to a computer!

And upload them on internet or send them to my email:

I only saw one theme on there, and Harley's right, it's nothing great. I am in the process of making some other themes.

Sorry.

Also, I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one with the problem. Hopefully as people start to get the Z600, someone will figure something out. I will certainly keep you posted if I hear anything about it.

when you say software problem, do you mean a problem with the t-zones software? are you able to access other WAP sites?

or

do you mean SE will release a firmware update to correct the problem?

No wap access at all, i tried esato, the only wap site that is possible to view is the SE site that is already loaded on the handset. I am told, from the online retailer where I bought it that a software update should fix the problem. I have no insider infor that says this is true or not.

Anyone else out there aware of anything?

did ACS say that would need to reflash the firmware? (ie send the unit back to them at a future date?)

let me know if sending the setting via the SE site for the 610 works....

I've tried having the settings sent from the SE site, and all sorts of other things. No luck either. I am assuming (hoping) it's a software issue and will be dealt with in the very near future.

I tried the same thing, sending the settings and it does not work. ACS said they will flash it. I also assume that if a flash does not work, they will replace the handset.
