firstly i am sure this has come up before so perhaps using the SEARCH function might give you a few more relevant threads on this matter
but to your question NO it can't
and with the quality of the camera, would you want to?

just go buy a cheap web cam (about 80AUD these days)
one day i will come up with something funny and witty and related to sex, until then it will be this |

AFAIK neither the java or mophun have camera APIs so this would not currently be possible.
