Not too long ago I posted about my MP3-player problem together with my T68i in here: http://www.esato.com/board/viewtopic.php?topic=36097&forum=15
Now I got a charger problem lately too. I realize that it won't charge anything when I have the phone turned on, and when I turn it off and plug the charger in, I won't see any action on the screen showing that it's loading. But after I start the phone I see the phone is charged full..
What might the problem be? Note that I don't have any warranty papers or anything left on the phone, so I won't go to a service point that requires high sums from me to get the phone repaired.
As I said now there's no problem in the charging with the phone turned off, but I just can't see any action on the screen when it's charging. |

there is probably something wrong with the systemconnector... since there is no warranty left you can always open the phone and check the systemconnector, it might be fixed just by resolder the systemconnector.
it can also be that the systemconnector has been damaged by liquid

in the manual stays that it can take up to 30 minutes until the icon appears.

If the battery has not been used for a long time, or it has been used until is completely empty it can take up to 30min before the phone indicates charging. But in this case the phone can be turned on, meaning it will indicate charging as soon as the charger is connected to the phone. |
