Okej here we go...
I would like to start developing small (read useless) applications for my T610, have been doing some Java before and would like anyone with experience from developing Java apps to cell phones to share your experiences.

Are there some guides on how to get started? The Sony Ericsson J2ME SDK is of course a good start to download. Is there a version that I can download without registering on SE website?

Please share your thoughts, internet links and mayby source code for small java apps.

Thanks

Thank you, read the thread and it was helpful.
But still, help and ideas from members here is always more helpful than any document that can ever be found

Think I just have to register at SE website and grab the SDK and start working.

I would recommend for you to read the J2ME Forums. You may find a lot of helpfull info there.
If I had all the answers, I wouldn't have any questions.

java.sun.com :)

Download the MIDP 1.0 API and have a flick through it. Not exactly a tutorial, but it is everything you need to know.
