the upgrade takes ~30-40min if the servicepoint uses the USB interface for upgrading (otherwise it takes nearly one hour!).

kool thank you..
my phone is not working only the start up comes on with the sonyericsson logo.If on cradel I press the power button once it say disk full.
please help

The Service Point I deal with here in Egypt told me the other day on the phone that if they don't have a heavy workload they could do it in about 20 minutes while I wait. I still haven't found the time to go do it. Maybe tomorrow...

@Naar...when I have my p800 upgraded, do I have to tell them which versio? R1D or R1F?
