Hi, what sound codec did you use? P800 supports both AAC (stereo) and AMR (mono). Would be good to know before buying the software you used. Cheers.

Brimme. Movie works great. I have done some movies with the same program but the P800 had problems playing them. What other settings did you use??

Total bidrate 200kb

audio bidrate 16kb

target framerate 15

downsampeling (depends on the size of the movie) 2 with dirty 4 with pixar

AUDIO

channels Mono

presision : same as input

sample rate : 22050

ENCODING

keyframe period: 75

B-frame : 0

Nice video! Checked it on the PC (PV Player), will give it a try on the device as well. I got a memory stick reader on the pc, so it's very fast to move large files back and forth

Great stuff, the video playback from MS is one of the best I've seen. The P800 player prioritises audio, i.e. you have optimised on picture quality when choosing mono. I wonder how the choice of mono really impacts on file size and playback performance. It seems you're not using AMR (which sounds bad, meant for speech, really. Works for streaming videos though). Have you tested to turn on stereo? Other videos I've used have had 16kbit AAC without picture degradation (depends on the size of the picture, but I think it's QCIF, 176x144).

I don't know. Are you sure the source is synched?

Brimme. Thanks a lot. The videos now works. They are just some personal stuff, but you are the first know if I make some other stuff.

About Windows Mediaplayer I downloaded(from Kazaa)something kalled:

Microsoft Windows Mediaplayer Divx mpeg4 codec

This make your WMP able to play mp4

I've noticed the same (made a video from something that was synched on the PC, using another encoding tool than yourself), and the pic and audio was slightly off synch on the phone. Anyone that has a clue?
