hi

I've just got a sync station and I've installed it on my pc but my pc says that usb can't be installed but the actual dss-25/20 is working ok.

How do I transfer my tones, games, phonebook, themes, etc to my pc? I can't see any icon showing the sync station??

Also can anyone give me astep by step guide to using davinci for updating my firmware? I know i can search on esato but I just need a simple step by step so i can do it in work today.

Is the SEUS still not working for O2 branded phones?

Any help would be much appreciated!

thanks

I'm using FMA and have managed to sync my phone and transfer my phonebook but am having problems sending my tones to my comp. I don't want to try and flash my phone until I've copied all my games and stuff to my pc to back it up.

Can anyone give me a step by step guide on flashing my firmware to the latest version? I was thinking of using davinci or SEUS (for a laugh).

Thanks

If you've got FMA working you should be able to access all folders (save the games folder) through FMA and save your items from there. I can and I connect to fMA through bluetooth, not even a sync station.

Updating the firmware with new (similar) firmware should not delete your files by the way, although reflashing with a different firmware (such as davinci does) will delete your files.

Thanks

How do I move files in more than one go? at the moment it's just letting me move one at a time and it's a pain!

through fMA I've never been able to do it any other way than '1 at a time'.

Through a simple bluetooth connection to the phone though I was able to drag and drop the entire contents of one folder in one go, and since I got the V800 with the USB cable my PC recognises the phone as removable disk and I can copy all folders in one go

I don't have a sync station though (not yet anyway) but it would appear to me that with proper drivers you should be able to browse all phone folders from your PC (without fMA) and just drag and drop? Am I wrong?
