Yep.

The memory *available to the user* is about 400KB. And that is with all preinstalled stuff (pictures, MIDI-files etc...). I'm sure you can save a couple of hundred KB if you remove these. My phone had about 462KB free in default state. I can't see how I'm gonna manage to fill these up besides DL'ing more games. And that requires me to find a WAP-GW here in Sweden that can handle more than 30KB. And since that seems to be impossible I can't even DL the games on SE's site...

Great phone though!!

Little in comparison to T68 or little in comparison to your needs?
I couldn't seem to fill up the memory of the T68 I used....

Probably due to the MOPHUN VM to run those downloadable games, bear in mind that the Nokia 7210 can only download a maximum of 6 games and they are limited to a maximum of 64k each.

So how is it than ? I read thata T300 has !mb and i was really impressed. I'm thinking of bying this phone for my dad as I'm happy T68i user, and T300 has a camera included in my operator's special offer. So how is it. Has it a whole 1 mb but it's stuff takes most of it or isn't it that way. And if not, than how is it. Sorry for the delay on this topic, I'm new on list.

I have a T300 and I only have 450kb at the start. I tried removing some pictures and ringtones, but that did not free any additional memory.

I don't think you will be able to recover the whole 1Mb of memory as the phone probably requires some of it for firmware etc.

Have you deleted any MMS or Games to get more space?

Once you have space, aren't you just going to fill it up again, anyway?
