Hi!
Friday I got software release R6A012 flashed into my T68i. Yesterday (Sunday) I received a SMS message (I heard the SMS-ringtone), but I could't find a new SMS message. A few minutes ago I sent a SMS message...but I didn't get a delivery report (and the SMS was delivered). After that I sent a new message to an other number...and I got a delivery report! Strange... I'm using the Vodafone Netherlands network. With release R5D007 everything works fine!
Can someone simulate my problems?

Wasn't the SMS-tone you've heard not an delivery report?
I'got the same situation yesterday (Also Vodafone in the Netherlands). But after searching for the new SMS I found out that it was a delivery report what made the tone.

for the first time, PBTM does not work on my phone. when loading the mobile phone information (contacts) it fails. i'm using bluetooth, which was working perfectly since R2B025.
darn! this i hate.
even with Ir! first time it failed.

hmm ... it seems like it's time for me to install MPM again and try the SE software. i haven't synched with my phone since the upgrade (and after re-formatting my pc) |

This is quite possibly completely unrelated, but perhaps the SMS tone was IR deactivating? My T300 makes the same noise as the SMS tone when it turns IR off by itself.

Fortunately, my PBTM still works after the R6A upgrade (via BT). And thanks to  , typing a message is now faster with the use of the joystick in advancing to the next letter of the same key  |

Hi,
Does anyone also have the bug, that when you open the bluetooth connection for three minutes (findable or something. Menu 8-3-1), those minutes never end. The bluetooth conncetion stays open forever, until you manually stop the bluetooth function.
If more people face this problem, do I have to tell SE-people of the problem? |

sometimes my phone does not go to power save mode... even after an hour. happened twice. |

Got two items:
1. MCA-20 allows the user to set the picture size to small, medium and large. In R6A, I can't get the camera to capture medium and large pics even after I set it to medium or large.
2. Probably not a bug but in a lower SW version, the phone allows the playing MP3's in the background via the Up joystick then No button combination. R6A doesn't allow it.
Hope you could test these guys as I'm not sure if it's only my phone.

Scuse me for "double-posting" but i realized that my post fit better here than in "improvement" thread  I quote myself:
Yesterday i noticed that when changing from animated screensaver (dirrty) to clock the screen just went black. Also the animation was very slow. Also added voicedial to three contacts and that(?) made the phone very slow and unresponsive. I removed voicedial from the three new contacts and rebooted phone and after that it was back to normal. Canīt swear that it has to do with R6A012 though, only that it wasnīt there before. Had B2.. something when i got the phone (manufactured June-2002)
